BLAIRSVILLE - The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says they have made an arrest in a murder in Union County.

Jamie Fenner, 26, was arrested in Perry Sunday night.

He was arrested after evidence found with a burned skeleton found in Union County Saturday pointed to him.

GBI special agent Jim Hallman says Fenner was taken without incident.

"He has been charged with the murder of the yet unidentified white male," Hallman said.

The remains have been sent to the GBI crime lab for identification, investigators believe the man has been dead for three years.
