Gwinnett Sheriff's Office arrests two in undercover Internet Crimes Against Children operations

Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office Trafficking and Child Exploitation Unit arrested two men suspected of communicating with an undercover investigator posing as a child online. 

Yash Patel and Jacob Stipcak were both arrested by the department after investigators conducted two undercover Internet Crimes Against Children operations. 

Patel was taken into custody on Aug. 19  from a predetermined location. Patel faces charges of Obscene Internet Contact with a Child, Electronically Furnishing Obscene Material to Minors, Use Computer Service to Seduce, Solicit, Lure or Entice Children, and Criminal Attempt to Commit a Felony.

Stipcak was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with Obscene Internet Contact with a Child, Electronically Furnishing Obscene Material to Minors, and Use Computer Service to Seduce, Solicit, Lure or Entice Children. 

No other information has been released on the cases or the suspects.
