A 22-year-old man was arrested by Gwinnett County Police in a May burglary.
According to a Facebook post by the Gwinnett County Police Department (GCPD) on Saturday, officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress on Ross Estates Court in Snellville on May 20.
An aviation unit located Joshua Zeleke in a house under construction and directed officers to him.
In body camera footage released by the department, police can be heard telling Zeleke to lay on the ground and then they moved in to handcuff him.
Zeleke told officers he had a firearm in his right pocket, and he was arrested without incident.
He was charged with loitering and prowling and was released on $1,000 bond the following day.
