Gwinnett County detectives working to identify armed robbery suspects

By Lawson Smith Anchor/Reporter
Gwinnett County Detectives are working to identify two suspects in a Norcross armed robbery case.

Initially,  authorities believed one suspect entered the Tobacco and Vapes Shop at 6010 Singleton Road on February 21 and asked the clerk for the store’s best-selling product. The suspect then produced a firearm and demanded all the product and left the shop with approximately $2,000 in vape pens.

The first suspect was described as a Hispanic male approximately five foot two inches, skinny build with facial hair. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, green shoes, and blue sunglasses. The suspect was armed with a silver and black pistol and was carrying a black Bestway bag.

Upon reviewing surveillance videos from the night of the incident, detectives found a second suspect who may be involved. He is described as a thin Hispanic male wearing a white zip-up hoodie, red shirt, black pants, and a “Z” belt buckle.
