By Caleb Hutchins Assistant News Director

Two people have been arrested on a list of drug and weapon charges after a search of a home in the northeast part of Hall County Wednesday.

B.J. Williams with the Hall County Sheriff's Office said the search was of a home along with outbuildings and a camper on Hall Drive off of White Sulphur Road.

"During that search, (investigators) found over 131 grams of methamphetamine along with some drug paraphernalia," Williams said. "The estimated street value of the meth is just over $9,800."

Williams said investigators also seized eight firearms during the search, along with a motorcycle that had been reported stolen out of Stephens County.

The home's occupant, Kayla Leann Dore, age 30, was arrested, along with the occupant of the camper on the property, James Rudolph Campbell, age 50. Both are facing charges including possession of methamphetamine. Campbell faces additional charges of theft by receiving and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Both were being held in the Hall County Jail without bond as of Friday afternoon.
