The Southeast Pace Foundation, alongside Kubota Manufacturing, announced a partnership to provide funding and a new Kubota tractor to the Lanier College and Career Academy’s Agriculture program.
The tractor was delivered to the LCCA agriculture program on Sept. 5.
The partnership between the Pace Foundation and Kubota began in February 2025 to support agricultural education at LCCA, which is 10 miles from a Kubota plant.
The state-of-the-art tractor will be used by students in LCCA’s Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education Pathway program, providing hands-on experience with modern equipment.
“The Southeast Pace Foundation is dedicated to supporting initiatives that provide young people with the tools and resources they need to succeed,” Josh O’Hara, Executive Director of the Southeast Pace Foundation, said. “This partnership with Kubota Manufacturing is a perfect example of how investment in the trades education can equip students for life after graduation. We're excited to see how this donation will positively impact the students at Lanier College and Career Academy and set them on a path toward successful careers.”
Ryan Owen, Kubota’s Vice President of Human Resources, Facilities, Quality, Safety, and Environmental, led the company’s initiative to donate the equipment.
