Dale Holland has joined the Dawson County Board of Elections and Voter Registration.
Holland is an appointee of the Democratic Party, filling the vacancy left by Tom Foley, who resigned in November. He was sworn in earlier this month by Dawson County Probate Judge Jennifer Burt.
The board is comprised of five members: two appointed by the Democratic Party, two appointed by the Republican Party, and the Chair, who by legislation, is the Chief Registrar and is the non-partisan member.
