Drug agents seize 47 grams of meth in Hall County arrest

GAINESVILLE - Hall County drug agents and immigration authorities seized around 47 grams of methamphetamine during the arrest of one suspect Thursday.
 
19-year-old Kevin Michael Romero-Moreno was arrested off of Fuller Road in Hall County, just northwest of Talmo, according to Lt. Scott Ware with the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad.
 
Ware said Romero-Moreno was in possession of the meth, a small amount of marijuana and a .45 caliber pistol.  The street value of the meth is approximately $4700, according to Ware.
 
Romero-Moreno was booked into the Hall County Jail on an immigration hold.
 
He's charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and  misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
