Two men arrested for drug possession after search warrant of home near Gillsville

Two men were arrested on Thursday, Apr. 3, after a search of a home near Gillsville led to the discovery of drugs.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said investigators searched the home of Tony Lee Williams, 45, and Justin Derek Wilson, 34, in the 4200 block of Whiporwill Road.

During the search, investigators allegedly found nearly 0.5 grams of fentanyl and 6.4 grams of methamphetamine with a combined street value of $680.

Williams was charged with two felonies, including possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. 

Wilson was allegedly in possession of less than 1 gram of meth and was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine.

They were booked into the Hall County Jail and are being held without bond.
