GAINESVILLE - A 316-lot subdivision near Flowery Branch is among the items on the agency for the first Hall County Planning Commission meeting in the new year.
It's proposed for 132 acres on Spout Springs Road which front both Spout Spring and Elizabeth Lane.
It is one of three subdivision requests plannners are scheduled to consider January 3.
The others involve much smaller developments - one for nineteen homes on Will Wheeler Road near Ben Lee Road, and another for seventeen lots on Bogan Road near Jones Drive.
In addition, planners are expected to consider requests for a small shopping center at Spout Springs and Capitola Farm roads and a convenience store at Mount Vernon and Hubert Stephens roads, among other things.
