Teen pleads innocent in school stabbing

LAWRENCEVILLE - The 16-year-old boy accused of stabbing his classmate at Dacula High School has pleaded not guilty to charges against him. <br> <br> The teen, who is being held at a youth detention center, is accused of punching then stabbing a 15-year-old boy during a fight last Friday. <br> <br> The teen, whose name has NOT been released, pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault, carrying a weapon within a school safety zone and carrying a concealed weapon yesterday in court. <br> <br> Prosecutors say he could be tried as an adult. That decision will addressed in his next court hearing, which is expected to take place as soon as September third.
