Bedrosian, who pitched in the majors for 14 years, from 1981-85 and 1993-95 with the Braves, won the Cy Young in 1987 with the Philadelphia Phillies when he went 5-3 with a 2.83 ERA and 40 saves.<br>

Two years ago, Bedrosian was appointed to replace board member Wade Corley, who resigned. This was his first time seeking election.<br>

"I want to do the best job I can," said Bedrosian, who had a career 76-79 record with a 3.38 ERA and 184 saves with the Braves, Phillies, San Francisco Giants and Minnesota Twins. "There's always room for improvement."<br>
