The Gwinnett County Police Department said Tuesday morning it has located a Buford man who had previously been missing since December 2023.
Robert Emory Haygood, 59, was located safe.

Investigators with the Gwinnett County Police department ask for the public's assistance in locating a missing Buford man, last seen nearly three months ago.
A press release from Gwinnett Police Department indicates that 59-year-old Robert Emory Haygood was last seen in December of 2023 by family members. He is described as a white male, with gray hair and blue eyes, but what clothing items he was last wearing is not known to investigators.
Authorities say Mr. Haygood does not have access to a motor vehicle or any mode of transportation.
