Carroll Daniel Construction Company is seeing more growth after acquiring O’Neal Inc, Engineering, a design and construction company based out of Greenville, South Carolina.
The acquisition will add over 100 engineers and staff to Carroll Daniel.
The two will combine with Carroll Daniel’s existing engineer and architecture groups, which will operate under Carroll Daniel Engineering moving forward.
O’Neal Inc. was founded in 1975 and has locations in Greenville; Atlanta; and Allentown, Pennsylvania.
“As Carroll Daniel Engineering, the business will focus on serving O’Neal’s legacy clients and traditional markets while leveraging synergies with new ownership for additional growth opportunities,” a press release from Carroll Daniel said.
Carroll Daniel also acquired three subsidiary companies that O’Neal presided over. That includes Quest Site Solutions, InFab Piping Services, and Bridge Automation.
“This addition represents a strategic opportunity for Carroll Daniel to expand our engineering resources and provide a full suite of integrated engineering, procurement and construction services throughout the United States,” CEO and President of Carroll Daniel Construction Company Brian Daniel said.
