The Winder Police Department said Wednesday morning that authorities have located Kaelyn Phillips, 16, in North Carolina.

Phillips was first reported missing Monday after she was last seen at about 1:30 a.m. at Fort Yargo State Park Campground.

A release from Winder Police Chief Jim Fullington this morning said the family Phillips was, "enroute to get her. No foul play was involved in her disappearance."

Chief Fullington added his gratitude for support from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Barrow County Sheriff's Officials in assisting with their search.

A Facebook page titled, "Find Kaelyn Phillips" posted a statement from the teen's mother, Misty Phillips:

"Through a tip from the coverage and support here and support of multiple agencies, the GBI has located Kaelyn. Kaelyn was transported over state lines and they have her secured at a police station. We were provided information that she is safe with police. We do not have any other information at this time. We appreciate the love and support and prayers.
