A Gainesville man was killed when his motorcycle crashed Tuesday, Sept. 28 on Lawson Robinson Road in northwest Hall County.
The Hall County Sheriff's Office said Charles Randall Dunagan, 70, was the only person involved in the accident.
"According to the preliminary investigation, Dunagan was operating the motorcycle and heading south on Lawson Robinson Road," said a statement from the sheriff's office. "The 2004 Harley-Davison XL 833 Sportster left the roadway, traveled back onto the road and wrecked."
Investigators said the accident happened near Joseph Road around 2 a.m.
The accident remains under investigation by the HCSO Accident Investigation Unit.
