GAINESVILLE — Buford's Randy Dover finished second in the Phoenix Bass Fishing League tournament, a three-day event held at Laurel Park on Lake Lanier, over the weekend.
Chris Nelson, from Social Circle, earned the top purse of $60, 000.
Cumming's Trent Palmer came in third, while Gainesville's David Nichol rolled in ninth.
