Around 9:20 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 12, the Gwinnett County Police Department said they were working an active SWAT incident on the 2900 block of Freemans Mill Road.
Approximately 20 minutes after the first statement, they said the suspect in the incident surrendered and was in custody.
The department has not yet provided additional information regarding the incident or the suspect.
