A 76-year-old Clayton man has been charged with public indecency following an incident at a Hall County park.
Deputies with the Hall County County Sheriff's Office arrested Dover Nathan Welch Tuesday at Lula Park, located at 6660 Lula Road in northeast Hall County.
They said Welch exposed himself to a woman who was jogging at the park.
At last report, Welch remained in custody at the Hall County Jail.
