A man is facing burglary charges after police say he broke into a home in Oakwood Thursday.
Marshall Price was arrested after breaking a window in the front door of the home on Allen Circle to gain access according to Hall County Sheriff's Deputy Nicole Bailes.
Price was discovered by the owner of the home and was later arrested. Bailes said nothing was stolen and no one was injured in the incident.
Price faces one count of first degree burglary.
