GAINESVILLE—Traffic will be detoured starting at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Marler Street and Hancock Avenue.
According to a notice from city officials, the intersection will remain closed until Saturday.
The Gainesville Water Resources Department will be working in the area.
Detour signs will direct traffic onto Moreno Street, Bradford Street, Stallworth Street and Dean Street.
