Subdivisions, church expansion set to go before HCPC next month

GAINESVILLE - Plans for a church expansion, two subdivisions and a rental cabin complex go before Hall County planners early next month.

Dewberry Baptist Church #1 on Clarks Bridge Road wants to vary the front yard setback to make room for an expanded facility.

Also on the March 6th planning commission agenda are plans for a 30-lot subdivision at Flat Creek and Byers roads - and a 17-home development on W.G. Robinson Road near Thomas Road.

The rental cabins, along with a conference center, are proposed for Lights Ferry Road at Crestwood.
