State Senate recognizes Gainesville librarian

ATLANTA - The state Senate recognizes a Gainesville woman who is the recipient of a national honor.

Kathy Evans, as AccessNorthGa.com reported a couple of weeks ago, is this year's winner of the Julie Klauber Award for outstanding library service to the disabled.

Sen. Casey Cagle of Gainesville presented Evans with a senate resolution Tuesday.
