COMMERCE - A former assistant superintendent of the Commerce City School System has died.
Dennis McWilliams of Eatonton, who was 51, was currently serving as Superintendent of the Putnam County School System.
Dr. McWilliams died at his home Thursday of a sudden illness.
Services will be Sunday at 2:00 at the Commerce Baptist Church, where he served as organist for 26 years. .
