Two from Hall among Gainesville College honor grads

OAKWOOD - A total of 517 associate degrees and 10 certificates were awarded to Gainesville College graduates recently at the College's 38th Commencement.

There were six honor graduates in this year's graduating class, including two from Hall County - both from Oakwood.

Lukas M. Anderson of Commerce was an Associate of Arts Honor Graduate as well as the Associate of Applied Science Honor Graduate with a 4.0 GPA and having earned 57 semester hours earned at GC. Karen Legg of Oakwood was an Associate of Arts Honor Graduate with a 4.0 GPA and having earned 49 semester hours at GC. Jeremy Tuccitto of Jefferson was an Associate of Arts Honor Graduate with a 4.0 GPA having earned 45 semester hours at GC. Heather E. Heyman of Oakwood was an Associate of Science Honor Graduate with a 4.0 GPA and 78 semester hours earned at GC. Alicia Tyler of Cornelia was an Associate of Science Honor Graduate with a 4.0 GPA and 61 semester hours earned at GC.

The 2004 Graduating Students from Banks, Barrow, Bibb, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coffee, Dawson, Dekalb, Elbert, Floyd, Forsyth, Franklin, Fulton, Gilmer, Glynn, Grady, Gwinnett, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Henry, Jackson, Lumpkin, Macon, Madison, Newton, Oconee, Paulding, Pickens, Rabun, Richmond, Stephens, Towns, Union, Walton, White, and Whitfield counties are listed below.
