At first glance the Copper Glen subdivision in Gainesville seems like your average neighborhood. And Jeremy and Sandy Roberts with their children might seem like an average family. But there is one aspect about these two things that separate them from average- and that’s their involvement with Habitat for Humanity for Hall County.
Just a slight glance off any bridge overlooking Lake Lanier will tell you that water levels are up. And it’s no surprise that they are- considering that most of the area surrounding the lake has experienced several inches of precipitation over the last week.
For those who graduated from the Hall County Drug Court on Friday, there was a great sense of excitement. And there was an extra reason to celebrate the occasion, as it was also the program’s 100th commencement ceremony.
