A 22-year-old Gainesville woman was arrested for DUI early Tuesday morning on Interstate 985 in Flowery Branch.
According to the Flowery Branch Police Department (FBPD), officers observed Jasmine Contreras’ vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed at around 2 a.m.
A traffic stop was conducted, and officers determined Contreras was under the influence of alcohol.
She was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding, no license on person, failure to maintain lane, and following too closely.
Contreras was transported to the Hall County Jail where she remains as of last report on a $3,142.30 bond.
