Gwinnett County officials end search for missing Suwanee man.

Gwinnett County Police officials have announced the search for a missing Suwanee man is over, with positive news.  A release from Gwinnett Police says 47-year old Gregory Andrew Pettis has been located and is safe. 

No further details have been released behind the reasons for his initial disappearance.

The Gwinnett County Police asks for the public's help locating a missing Suwanee man last seen on May 28. 

Gwinnett County Police said the family of Gregory Andrew Pettis, 47 contacted 911 on June 1 to report him missing.

Pettis was last seen, leaving his home on the 5000 block of Suwanee Dam Road in unincorporated Suwanee on a bicycle.

Gregory Andrew Pettis is described as a white male, 160 pounds, five foot seven inches tall with hazel eyes and gray hair. Pettis has the word “Erie” tattooed on his wrist.

Anyone who may see Pettis is encouraged to call 911.
