Another missing teen report in Gwinnett County

By Steve Winslow Anchor/Reporter

Another missing teen search is underway with the Gwinnett County Police Department this week.

Social media posts from Gwinnett Police late Wednesday lists  taht they are looking for 16-year old Christian Yanes-Palma. Police say Christian was last seen around midnight June 24, 2024 in the Norcross area.

At that time Christian was reportedly wearing a gray sweatshirt over a black shirt along with black pants, and white and black Nikes.  He is described as a Hispanic male, with brown eyes and short, wavy brown hair.

If anyone has further leads or information behind Christian Yanes-Palma's whereabouts, you are asked to contact Gwinnett County Police investigators.

Police in Gwinnett County reminded residents on their social media post that their department takes approximately 450 missing juvenile reports per year, with most of the cases resolved in less than a week.

Several factors affect when or if a photo is posted, and if the department believes there is any threat to public safety related to any case, that information will be released by the Gwinnett officials immediately.
