A Thursday morning wreck at the intersection of Limestone Pkwy and Huntington Dr. in Gainesville left one man dead.
The Gainesville Police Department said the accident occurred just after 9:30 a.m. when a Silver Honda Civic, driven by Barry Kreisler, 78 , of Gainesville, was reportedly traveling southbound on Limestone Pkwy and turning left towards Hutington Dr.
Kreisler’s vehicle allegedly turned in front of a silver Ford Econoline Van, driven by Elix Hernandez, 32 , of Lawrenceville, that was traveling northbound on Limestone Pkwy.
Everyone in the collision was transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, where Kreisler succumbed to his injuries and died.
