A two-vehicle wreck Tuesday morning shut down both lanes of GA 15 South at Glen Hardman Road in Turnerville.
Habersham County Public Information Officer Rob Moore said Habersham County E-911 dispatchers began receiving calls on the wreck at around 7:14 a.m.
One vehicle caught on fire after the collision which caused the roadway to shut down. Moore said the fire was quickly extinguished.
One person was transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville for treatment.
The wreck shut down GA 15 at Glen Hardman Road until about 8:25 a.m.
The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the cause of the wreck.
