Traffic along I-985 in Gainesville suffered heavy delays early Thursday evening after a two-vehicle wreck just before 6:00 p.m.
A Georgia State Patrol (GSP) press release says the 2018 Hyundai Sonata driven by Madison Bush was northbound in the left lane of I-985 when it collided into the 2022 Ford Bronco, driven by Ethan Nix, as his vehicle abruptly stopped for approaching traffic.
Neither driver reported any injuries while the GSP cited Ms. Bush for following too closely in the wreck.
Traffic flow was reportedly delayed for about 30 minutes along I-985 North during this wreck and ensuing cleanup effort.
