A structure fire in Lula leaves a pair of residents without a home late Wednesday evening.
A press release from the Hall County Fire Rescue says their emergency crews were called to a structure fire along the 6200 block of Lula Road at around 7:30 p.m. to find an attic fire heavily damaging the home on the premises.
The two unidentified occupants of the home were not inside at the time, and no injuries were reported by Hall County firefighters.
Officials say at least 50 percent of the structure was totaled by the fire, which remains under investigation with the Hall Fire Marshal's Office. The American Red Cross has been called to assisted the displaced residents.
