According to Habersham County’s unofficial election summary report, P.J. Huggins won the special election for Alto City Council Post one.
The results of the election show Huggins defeated John Smith by one vote. Huggins claimed 30 total votes and Smith claimed 29 total votes.
These results are unofficial and need to be certified.
