Gainesville City Councilman for Ward 1 Danny Dunagan announced his intention to seek re-election.
Dunagan has served on the Council for nineteen years, including as the Mayor of Gainesville for ten years. Prior to his Council Service, he served nine years on the Planning Commission.
“It’s a great honor to serve and be a part of our direction and pace to keep Gainesville as a great place to live, learn, work and play,” Dunagan said in a release.
