JEFFERSON, Ga. — The Cherokee Bluff boys basketball team turned in a dominant performance in the Jackson EMC Thanksgiving Tournament championship game, cruising to a 63-35 win over Jefferson.
Cooper Glover turned in a double-double night with 24 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Bears (6-0).
Bluff opened the game on a 19-9 run and extended the lead to 34-15 by halftime.
Boston Kersh, who won the tournament MVP, finished with 16 points. Alex Blurton had 9, and Conner Robinson and Tyler Underwood each had 6.

Jamarcus Harrison scored 19 points, and Bray Langston had 16 as the East Hall boys basketball team defeated King's Ridge at home on Tuesday.
The Vikings (3-0) jumped out to a 31-11 lead in the first quarter and led 57-26 at halftime.
King's Ridge did outpace the Vikings 46-28 in the second half.
Chasen Jones scored 14 points, and Keyariun Randolph and Jordan Richerson each had nine points.

Justin Mallett scored 28 points to lead Kennesaw Mountain to the overtime win in the Harrison Thanksgiving Tournament at Harrison High on Tuesday.
Carmelo Williams led the Wolves with 17 points, and Dillon Nixon 15.
