The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called to investigate the deaths of a man and woman in the city of Arcade.
A release from the GBI said Thomas Markee, age 60 and Alison Markee, age 56, both of Arcade, died Tuesday. Officers with the Arcade Police Department were called to a home in Arcade for a reported domestic incident when they found the two.
"Preliminary information indicates that Thomas Markee fatally injured his wife, Alison Markee, and then killed himself," Thursday's release from the GBI said.
Both bodies have been taken to the GBI's Crime Lab for autopsy.
