The Gwinnett County Police Department is working to identify a male that exposed himself to a woman at a local apartment complex.

A release from the agency said the suspect exposed himself at about 2 a.m. on July 23 before a female victim when she walked to her apartment building at the Elevate at Jackson Creek Apartment complex on Sunrise Village Lane in Norcross.

The male followed her and stopped at the bottom of the stairs of her building to continue exposing his genitals.

The acts were all caught in a video recording.

The male is described as an adult light-skinned Hispanic, wearing a black hat with a dog on it and a red bill.

He wore blue jeans and a light blue “Atletico Madrid” team soccer jersey. The jersey had “Plus 500” printed on the front and white and blue stripes on the sleeves and collar.
