Three people were injured Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Candler Road south of Gainesville.
According to Georgia State Patrol officials, the crash happened at 3:40 p.m. when a driver in a Ford Mustang was traveling south on the road and failed to yield while turning left toward the Cottrell Facility entrance. The Mustang collided with a Ford Ranger that was driving northbound.
The north and south lanes of the road were blocked until the accident could be cleared.
Both drivers and a passenger in the Mustang sustained non life threatening injuries.
