The Marine Trade Association of Metro Atlanta will launch its second Lake Lanier Boat Show March 3-5 at Margaritaville at Lake Lanier Islands.

"Even though it will technically still be winter when the show takes place, for many of our guest, we believe this is where summer begins," President Tabor Reins with MTAMA said in a release Tuesday.

Georgia's Premier In-Water Boat Show will be held at the boat docks of Margaritaville from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, March 3 and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, March 4-5.

Event organizers project this year's show to be bigger than years prior and will feature more than 270 boat models of more than 50 top-tier brands.

"We've designed this to be more than a boat show that offers an effortless, low-pressure boat-buying experience. It's also a chance for us to promote a love of water and inspire our guests to imagine countless days spent our on Lake Lanier with family and friends," Reins said.

Aside from boat sales, the show will feature live music, food trucks, fishing seminars, and a giveaway for a chance to win a boat valued up to $56,000.

Tickets for the Lake Lanier Boat Show are $15/person and can be purchased by clicking the link. Tickets include resort parking.
