CLEVELAND, Ga. — Emma Lightsey scored 31 points to lead the White County girls past Union County, 79-41, at home on Tuesday.
The Lady Warriors jumped all over Union County in the first half, taking a 37-23 lead by halftime. In the second half, White County held Union to 18 points while outscoring the Lady Panthers 42-18.
Kylie Watkins had 14 points, and Zoe Burkett scored 13 in the win. Kamryn Mull led Union County with 12 points -- all from the 3-point line.
