LOGANVILLE, Ga. — Lanier Christian Academy opened with a 29-2 first quarter en route to an 88-6 win over Trinity Prep on the road Monday night.
The Lady Lightning (5-5) were paced by senior Jia Thapar with 20 points. Junior Emma Flowers added 13 points and 10 steals as every player on the roster for LCA.
Senior Moriah Clark and freshman Meav Fouts both had 10 points. Fouts also pulled down 7 rebounds. Junior Madison Wade added 8 points, junior Ellie Roberts had 7 points. Every player scored and added their share of rebounds.
LCA will open its GAPPS region schedule at home on Tuesday against Killian Hill.
