A Hart County man was killed Saturday evening after he was struck by a vehicle on the Georgia 77 Connector.
According to a press release from the Georgia State Patrol, Robert Dylan Maxwell, 31, was killed in the incident at about 10:30 p.m.
Troopers determined a white 2023 Buick Envision was traveling east on Ga 77 Connector when it struck Maxwell, who was walking in the eastbound lane of travel.
Maxwell was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charges will be filed and Maxwell's next of kin has been notified. The driver of the Buick was not injured.
