82-year-old woman hospitalized after Rabun County crash

A woman was life-flighted after a crash on Ga. 15 in Rabun County Friday afternoon.

According to Georgia State Patrol Corporal Larry Ray, Betty Clark, 82, was driving northbound when a Dodge Ram entered the roadway while trying to leave the parking lot of Billingsley's Garden Center in Rabun Gap.

The driver of the Ram, Phyllis Petty, was charged with failure to yield. Clark was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for treatment.

The extent of Clark's injuries are unknown.
