The Towns County Sheriff’s Office is implementing a new tool against crime: an anonymous tip line.

Towns County residents, visitors and others who have information about criminal activity in the county can call (706) 896-3697.

This tip line is completely anonymous and has been established as a way for citizens to report drug, criminal, or suspicious activities.

The information received will be kept confidential and will be followed up by the Towns County Sheriff's Office.

Callers should leave as much information as possible when leaving the anonymous tip.

Any callers who would like for an investigator to call them back should leave their name and telephone number since otherwise the tip line is anonymous.
