CUMMING — Robert Reisman scored 24 points and Eli Pitts had 18 as Gainesville rolled past North Forsyth at Raider Arena on Tuesday.

The Raiders (4-12, 0-5 Region 6-7A) were going toe-to-toe with the Red Elephants (11-6, 3-2 Region 6-7A) in the opening quarter, even taking the lead 13-12 off a Jackson Olson basket with 2:32 left in the quarter. Olson scored six straight points to lead the rally and ending the period with a Braden Mullis 3-pointer to close the gap 19-16.

But the Red Elephants full-court press forced the Raiders out of their game and allowed Gainesville to slowly pull away in the second quarter, led by Reisman's 8 points in the quarter, Gainesville extended its lead 40-29.

It was much of the same for Gainesville in the second half. Eli Pitts' steal and dunk early in the third quarter gave the Red Elephants a 46-31 advantage and by the end of the fourth quarter led 55-35.

Olson led the Raiders with 17 points, while Aiden Kudlas added 14.

Kolby Moss and Kabe Ellis combined for 36 points to lead Towns County past Commerce on Tuesday. Most led the Indians with 19 points, while Ellis added 17.
