Sugar Hill leaders postpone concert series at The Bowl for 2020

Five concerts planned this season at The Bowl at Sugar Hill have been postponed.

City leaders announced in a press release Thursday afternoon that they, alongside the artists scheduled to perform, decided to postpone the concerts until 2021. The line up will still feature 90's country music performers Roots & Boots shows, the Preservation Jazz Band, and Tank and the Bangas.

"The postponement comes after collaboration with the artists to prioritize the health and welfare of our community, guests, and staff," the press release said.

Anyone with tickets to the 2020 shows will have their tickets honored for the rescheduled dates in 2021, or ticket holders may request a full refund by contacting [email protected]. A full line up for 2021 will likely be announced in Spring 2021, according to the press release.

The Bowl at Sugar Hill is an outdoor amphitheater concert venue in downtown Sugar Hill. The city has hosted concerts there annually since 2014.
