Supreme Court of Georgia lifts suspension of Toccoa attorney

An interim suspension against well-known Toccoa attorney Timothy Paul Healy has been lifted and he again is listed as a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.

The Supreme Court of Georgia lifted the disciplinary suspension Sept. 26, following a motion on Sept. 25 to do so.

Healy had been suspended from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Georgia on Friday, Sept. 20.

Healy was admitted to the Bar on June 14, 1979, and his practice is known as The Healy Law Firm LLC.
