Four people escaped a pre-dawn house fire Monday morning in the South Hall area.
Hall County Fire Services Division Chief Zachary Brackett said the fire was reported just before 4:30 a.m. at the home on Celtic Court in Chestnut Mountain.
"Arriving units found heavy fire involvement throughout an approximately 2,500 square-foot home," Brackett said in an email statement. "Defensive fire attack operations were established and the fire was extinguished. All four occupants of the home were accounted for and no injuries occurred on the scene."
Brackett said investigators do not yet know the origin or cause of the fire.
