Dacula city leaders plan to raise property taxes

Dacula city leaders plan to raise property taxes and scheduled their mandatory three public hearings to get feedback from the public.

The millage rate will remain the same as last year which requires an increase of 3.49 percent, according to the AJC.

Residents can express their opinions during two public hearings on June 27th. The first to be held at 10:00a.m. and the other at 5:00p.m. The third public hearing will be held at 6:00p.m. on July 11th.

All meetings will be at the Dacula City Hall.
